All parents are our personal pets! They do not live in a kennel, they live indoors with us and are not "breeders", they are our family!

Our dogs are not crated while we are away, they are trusted to roam the house, access toys, food dishes, window watch, and use the doggy door to our fenced potty area.

We recommend similar practices with your new puppy whenever possible.

Crates should be used to a minimum and never used to contain your dog for more than 4 hours. 

If your dog must be contained, for your dogs comfort, I recommend using an exercise pen fitted with a bed, dishes, toys, and a potty pad if necessary. Everyday exercise is a must, and so is basic training! If every puppy was given proper care, exercise and training, puppy rehoming would be kept to a minimum and every dog would grow up happy, heathy and well behaved.
